The Authentic Leadership Program (ALP) is a living program customized to the organization that has the privilege of taking this opportunity to align their entire organization, regardless of position, to their mission statement or credo. It is an adventure of self-understanding for every individual within these brave organizations to truly align authentically.
These organizations believe in their teams, dedicating the time, money, and energy to establish a new fluid way of being.

- What’s in it for your organization?
As a whole team, it will allow you to move from a reactive state of being to a responsive state of being. You will be able to become compassionately self-aware and aware of each piece of the organization. It will embody leading by example and within your authentic self. You will understand and embrace each individual’s personal true core values as opposed to imposed beliefs.
Through this, you will create personal freedom and grow into inner peace from a place of fulfillment while supporting an organization that has allowed and supported each individual to truly discover their authentic self. Throughout the exercises within the program, each individual will create a new way of life and state of being while living according to the organization’s mission statement or credo.
The trust your organization has in its individuals is beyond comprehension and understanding for the present, but focuses on the next 100 years of its evolving businesses.

- This undertaking is not for the faint of heart. Each individual will be asked to face themselves in ways that other programs have not (for many reasons) due to fear.
This is a journey of self-understanding both on an individual and on a corporate collective level. Within these phases, you can expect the growth of emotional capacity and understanding, mental clarity, and spiritual depth.

As we meet in groups, there will be a level of trust and understanding for each person in these diverse groups to reach new levels of self-trust.
