We are extremely excited to announce that Inner Luminance, LLC (IL) and Systemic Diversity and Inclusion Group (SDIG), a registered 501c3, are partnering to offer IL’s programs within SDIG’s offerings catalog. 

 

This is a groundbreaking partnership that allows corporations, NGOs, nonprofits, and municipalities to work with these programs as a tax write-off situation. It gives corporate clients the opportunity to build collaboration and ease reactionary behaviors, while embracing pausing and responding through conscious thinking while writing off the expense and supporting all SDIG initiatives. 

 

While Inner Luminance can support anyone journeying deeper into self-understanding, it has identified four key areas with which it would align seamlessly: prison reentry, addiction recovery, foster care graduates, and military transition. These aligned with SDIG and its mission as well. 

 

SDIG takes a deeper approach to DEI and truly explores an inclusive environment by digging into subconscious and unconscious biases to deepen one‘s awareness of them. This naturally assists all groups in shifting towards unconditional inclusion.
